How much does it cost to build a new home in Hamilton?
Every home is different. The cost depends on the size and design of the home, your section and the specification you choose. We'll talk through your budget at your free consultation, then give you a detailed fixed-price proposal before you commit to anything.
Can MH Builders build on a section I already own?
Yes. We design and build homes to suit sections our clients already own or are buying in Hamilton and across the Waikato.
Does MH Builders offer fixed-price building contracts?
Yes. Your fixed price applies to the agreed plans and specifications. Your proposal sets out what's included and excluded, and any allowances or provisional sums specific to your project. If you ask for changes later, we price them and agree them with you in writing before the work goes ahead.
How long does it take to build a new home?
It depends on the design, the complexity of the build, the consent process and conditions on site. We'll give you an estimated timeframe for your project in your proposal, and keep you updated throughout the build.
