We engaged MH Builders to carry out major renovations (effectively a new build) to our house in Chartwell. We decided to go with MH Builders, based on a number of friends who recommended them. After discussions with Clint, we decided to proceed with a Charge up Contract due to the complexity of the renovations.
Our builder Shane carried out the job to a very high standard, the sub-contractors that they recommended and engaged also produced a high standard of work. The work carried out by the sub-contractors was well co-ordinated and any issues were discussed with us straight away. Whilst there were delays and budget over-runs, the communication from Clint and Shane during the whole process was excellent. We would recommend MH Builders for any new building work or alterations. We would not hesitate if in the future we required to carry out further building work to engage MH Builders.
